Day 1
Kathgodam to Lohajung (Drive: 210 km / 8 hrs)
Drive through Kumaon and Garhwal hills.
Day 2
Lohajung to Didna Village
Descent to Neel Ganga river then climb to Didna.
Day 3
Didna to Ali Bugyal
Oak forest climb emerging onto immense meadows.
Day 4
Ali Bugyal to Ghora Lotani via Bedni Bugyal
Crossing the high pass of Bedni.
Day 5
Ghora Lotani to Bhagwabasa
Rocky mountain terrain under Kalu Vinayak temple.
Day 6
Bhagwabasa to Roopkund (15,750 ft) & Return to Bedni
Dawn snow push to the mystery lake.
Day 7
Bedni Bugyal to Lohajung via Wan
Descent through Wan village.
Day 8
Lohajung to Kathgodam
Drive back to railway station.
